Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This policy explains how AREMEDIA handles information when you use our agency ad-account platform, sign in, manage advertising accounts, submit payments and request advertising funding.

AREMEDIA may process the information you provide when you register, use your workspace, request advertising accounts, submit payments or contact support. This includes:

  • Your name, email address, authentication and profile information.
  • Basic Google profile information when you use Google Sign-In.
  • Account and workspace information, advertising-account requests and assigned-account details.
  • Payment and deposit information, uploaded payment receipts, transaction records and funding status.
  • Support communications and technical or security information needed to operate the platform, such as connection information, browser details and security events.

Please avoid including unrelated personal or sensitive information in payment receipts or support messages.

We use information to create and maintain your AREMEDIA account, authenticate access, prepare and manage assigned advertising accounts, verify payments, maintain your wallet and transaction history, process funding and eligible refunds, and respond to support requests.

Information may also be used to investigate misuse, protect account access, resolve payment discrepancies and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

When you choose Google Sign-In, AREMEDIA uses basic Google authentication information, including your email address, name and account identifier, to create or sign in to your AREMEDIA account.

Google Sign-In is used for authentication only. It does not grant AREMEDIA access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars or other unrelated Google data. Google processes your sign-in under its own privacy policy.

Payment receipts and deposit details help AREMEDIA verify bank transfers and reconcile payments. Wallet, funding, fee and transaction records support accurate balances, request tracking and source-aware refund review.

Financial history is maintained for traceability. Closing an account or requesting deletion does not necessarily remove records that must remain for reconciliation, disputes or applicable legal obligations.

Information may be shared with service providers supporting authentication, hosting and platform operations, payment or banking parties involved in verification and reconciliation, and advertising networks when needed to prepare or administer an account you request.

We may disclose relevant information when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, resolve disputes or protect the platform and its users. Advertising networks and other third parties may process information under their own policies.

Account access controls and payment-review processes are part of operating AREMEDIA. Keep your sign-in details private and notify AREMEDIA if you suspect unauthorized use.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords or other account secrets through support communications.

Information is retained as needed to operate your account and services, maintain financial records, resolve disputes, investigate security issues and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose; this policy does not promise a fixed deletion period for financial history.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or raise an objection to its processing. You may also update profile information where the platform provides that option.

Requests may require identity verification. Some records may need to be retained for financial reconciliation, security, disputes or legal obligations. Removing Google access does not by itself delete your AREMEDIA account or transaction history.

AREMEDIA uses necessary browser technologies, such as cookies or local storage, to maintain authentication sessions and support account access and platform operation. Blocking or clearing these technologies may sign you out or prevent parts of the service from working.

AREMEDIA may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The latest version is posted on this page with an updated date. Please review it periodically.

For privacy questions or requests, contact AREMEDIA through the support contact used for your account or your existing AREMEDIA correspondence. Identify your request clearly, but do not include passwords or unnecessary financial details.
