Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AREMEDIA’s agency ad-account platform. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to act on its behalf. Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

Provide accurate registration and workspace information and keep it current. You may sign in using the available authentication options, including Google Sign-In. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and notifying AREMEDIA of suspected unauthorized access.

AREMEDIA provides agency advertising accounts for supported networks. Requests are reviewed and may require business, access and payment information. Submitting a request or payment does not guarantee approval or assignment.

Account-purchase payments are separate from wallet deposits and advertising funding. Preparation and assignment depend on payment verification, account availability and the relevant advertising network. Estimates are not guarantees.

Use the payment instructions shown in your workspace and submit accurate receipts. Submitting a receipt does not credit your wallet. A new wallet deposit is credited in full in USD only after approval, without an advertising-funding fee on the deposit.

Applicable exchange-rate and payment amounts are recorded with the payment. Your AREMEDIA wallet supports platform payments and funding; it is not a general-purpose withdrawal service. Account purchases do not credit your wallet.

Funding an assigned advertising account uses available wallet funds. The amount reserved includes the requested advertising funds plus the applicable funding fee. The effective fee may be the platform default or a client-specific rate; review the fee and total shown before submitting.

Funding moves through Pending and Processing before Delivered, or may be Rejected. Only confirmed delivery increases the account’s Total Funded. A rejected wallet-funding request releases its reserved advertising amount and fee. Recorded request amounts and fee snapshots remain part of the financial history.

Account prices and fees are shown in your workspace. Changes to current rates do not rewrite existing payment or funding snapshots.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your requests, payment evidence, advertising content, business information and permitted account access. Follow the relevant advertising network’s policies and applicable law. AREMEDIA account access does not exempt you from a network’s review, restrictions or enforcement decisions.

Do not submit false receipts or identity details, use unauthorized payment sources, attempt to access another user’s workspace, interfere with platform security, evade advertising-network restrictions, or use the service for fraud or unlawful activity. Do not share or transfer account access contrary to the conditions under which it was assigned.

AREMEDIA may restrict or suspend access when misuse, security concerns, payment discrepancies or breaches of these Terms require review. Advertising networks may separately suspend, disable or close accounts under their rules.

Ending access does not erase financial history or automatically create a right to a refund. Outstanding payments, disputes and eligible unused funds remain subject to review and reconciliation.

Refund requests follow AREMEDIA’s existing refund-review system. Only eligible unused funds may be refunded; spent funds and fees are excluded. Eligibility depends on the remaining funds traceable to the original deposit and available balance.

Refunds require administrative review and reconciliation and are returned to the original payment source. An unused deposit cannot be used to refund money spent from a different deposit. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law requires.

Service availability and account preparation may be affected by maintenance, banking verification, technical issues and third-party advertising networks. AREMEDIA does not guarantee advertising performance, campaign results, account approval or an advertising account’s lifetime or uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AREMEDIA is not responsible for advertising results, network enforcement decisions or losses arising from your misuse of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot legally be excluded. No statement in these Terms guarantees that third-party services will remain available.

AREMEDIA may update these Terms as the platform or applicable requirements change. The current version and last-updated date are available on this page. Review the terms that apply before submitting new requests or payments.
